Megalong Creek Estate Vineyard was established in 2002 by our family. This family farm is a boutique vineyard situated in the beautiful Megalong Valley, Blue Mountains. Our grapes are grown and hand picked then transported to Mudgee for wine making. Our Wine maker is the award winning and highly regarded third generation wine maker - Jacob Stein of Robert Steins wines. Our wines are 'Single Vineyard' and include Viognier, Pinot Grigio and Shiraz. We have planted Pinot, Grenache and Mourvedre in 2018 and hope to start producing a Pinot wine in 2021. Our range of wines from the varieties grown on the property also include a Sparkling which we have named 'Prozzante', this is a lightly sparked Prosecco style wine. We also have a Late Harvest Dessert style wine. Our mission is to create beautiful Blue Mountains Single Vineyard Wines for people to enjoy whilst taking in the magnificent views of the towering escarpments that surround our beautiful valley. The name Megalong Valley is derived from an Aboriginal word thought to mean 'Valley Under The Rock'.
