Jerilderie Wine District

The Jerilderie Wine District is centred on the rural service town of Jerilderie in the Riverina Wine Region located in southern New South Wales. It is a major merino sheep stud area, located about 640 km west of Sydney. Many of the buildings in Jerilderie are heritage listed and the town has links with the famous bush ranger of Ned Kelly. You can visit the many sites along the Ned Kelly trail and visit the Heritage Railway Station and the Jerilderie Museum. You can also visit the Mini Railway, that includes an exquisitely crafted rail system and Doll World, which has a fabulous collection of Australian and international dolls.

The Riverina Region is home to 17 districts: Junee ; Coolamon ; The Rock ; Lake Cargelligo ; Deniliquin ; Hanwood ; East Griffith ; West Griffith ; Griffith Central; Yenda ; Leeton ; Wagga Wagga ; Balranald ; Narrandera ; Stanbridge ; Hay ; Hillston ; Jerilderie.
