The Swan District Region produces outstanding Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Verdelho and great Rose, just perfect for a hot summer`s day. The first vineyards at Olive Farm were planted as early as 1829 by Thomas Waters, and a year later he excavated the wine cellar that is still used at the winery.
