Paracombe Wine District

The Paracombe Wine District includes wineries near the townships of Upper Hermitage, Lower Hermitage, Houghton, Tea Tree Gully, Paracombe, Cudlee Creek, Catambul, and Banksia Park in the Adelaide Hills Region of South Australia. Nestled at the foot of the Mount Lofty Ranges but just a short 20-minute trip from the centre of Adelaide, the City of Tea Tree Gully is home to a thriving community. The city contains numerous historic buildings. Inglewood Inn was founded in 1857 and the Highercombe Hotel museum was built as a hotel in 1854. Wineries in this district include: Glenara Wines, Harris Estate Wines, Paracombe Premium Wines, Salem Bridge Wines.
