The Corrimal Wine District is centred on the northern suburbs of the city of Wollongong in the Illawarra Wine Region on the South Coast of New South Wales about 100 km south of Sydney. The suburb of Corrimal is served by Corrimal railway station on the South Coast Line. The major local event is the annual Spring Into Corrimal festival, which includes a parade, market stalls, contest, entertainment and other activities. Corrimal Beach located 5 kms north of the city Wollongong CBD is very popular and has a caravan park and has a bicycle path all the way to the Wollongong CBD. The district and local area has a wide range of wonderful attractions and exciting activities including bushwalking, bike riding, sightseeing, arts and crafts, entertainment, fishing and boating. Corrimal also has excellent
recreation facilities, shopping and a selection of excellent cafes, restaurants and clubs.
