Uleybury Wine District
The Uleybury District lies North East of Adelaide, in the Mount Lofty Ranges, near Uleybury, One Tree Hill, Elizabeth, Craigmore and Gould Creek. T he rural township of Uleybury is located in the City of Playford, just north of One Tree Hill along Gawler-One Tree Hill Road. It is home to Uleybury Wines which uses hand prunning to control yield levels to maximise quality. Their commitment to excellence in the vineyard is crucial in making their award winning wines. Uleybury Wines exhibit the district's terroir are made to reflect the features of the local soil, climate, variety and season, which is a rarity in these days of large corporations that produce bulk wines.
