Cowaramup East Wine District
This district includes wineries West of Bussell Highway, between Cowaramup and the townships of
Jindong and Metricup. Cowaramup is one of the northern towns of the Margaret River Wine Region
located just 5 minutes drive north of Margaret River. Cowaramup is home to the Margaret River Wine
Festival that is held each year in November. Cowaramup is also home to some of the
Margaret River`s most prestigious wineries. Also located on the main highway at Cowaramup has
many gourmet food shops and high quality restaurants and cafes. The wonderful beach at
Gracetown is located in a beautiful secluded bay. The area offers fantastic swimming,
fishing, diving, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming all in a picturesque
settings beneath limestone cliffs.
