The Singleton Wine District is part of the Lower Hunter Valley Wine Region, based on the area surrounding the charming rural service town and tourist destination of Singleton, which lies in the heart of the major winery area about 200 km north of Sydney. Singleton is very popular with tourists because of its delightful mix of friendly country hospitality, National Parks and Nature Reserves offering bushwalking and 4WD adventures and the superb food and wine available in the district.
