Sunset Coast Wine District
The Sunset Coast Wine District, in the Swan District Wine Region, includes the coastal areas
stretching north of Perth to Yanchep, near the townships of
Joondalup, Yanchep, Wanneroo, Scarborough Beach and Carabooda.
The District is home to the famous Scarborough Beach, which is on of Perth`s finest beaches
located at the heart of the surf and sunshine playground that is very popular with
locals and visitors. The Sunset Coast has some of the world`s best beach holiday
accommodation. In the hinterland there are many attractions including many lakes,
the Swan River Valley, fabulous golf courses, wonderful shopping centres,
and the best of Perth's resort accommodation.
The Swan District Wine Region includes five districts :
